Commissioning before use of heating plate

The heating material of the heating plate is electrothermal alloy wire, its working principle is very simple, which is the basic electrothermal effect. Before the use of the heating plate, the user shall carry out necessary debugging, in which:

1. Confirm that the air switch of the required power supply is single-phase and in the state of power failure. Check that the heater circuit breaker is off.

2. The exposed wire head of the power cord of the heating plate is connected to the power switch and effectively grounded. After the power switch is powered on, the indicator light under the heating plate is on. If there is no control circuit breaker in the lower frame, the electric heating plate shall be heated directly.

3. The lower frame of heating plate controls the circuit breaker from "OFF" position to "ON" direction, heating plate. Circuit breaker to "OFF" direction, electric plate stop heating.

4. Before the heating plate stops using, turn the circuit breaker to the direction of "OFF" and cut OFF the power switch of the laboratory. When the power indicator is OFF, the work stops.`
